James Bowles, SPHR, RCC

James Bowles is a 20+ year veteran of the business world, with a diverse range of experiences in business and executive coaching, Human Resources, business management, and client service. James' insight and human resources and experience in corporate processes enable him to coach people and organizations to break through the barriers that prevent them from achieving personal and business performance goals.

James spent a majority of his career working with Fortune 100 companies. He was promoted to business management, where he held positions in sales, marketing, and product development organizations managing hundreds of people and multi-million dollar budgets. James found his true passion for Coaching and Human Resources when he was asked to lead a corporate-wide initiative for manager development. He moved into the HR field permanently in 1999, where he provided HR support and in-house coaching for individual contributors, managers, and Senior Vice Presidents and Corporate Officers.

James' accomplishments have included:

• Providing coaching and consulting to business leaders, corporate officers, executives and managers within multiple diverse successful businesses.

• Working with multiple businesses to improve leadership capabilities and processes aligned with organizational goals. Created custom development modules on selected topics in partnership with business leaders customized to address real life, real time issues.

• Directed the planning, development, implementation, administration and budgeting for all HR functions, including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development, training, and coaching for improved performance and development.

• Redesigning business interviewing and selection processes, creating a job performance based methodology designed to put the right person in the right job.

James is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches as a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC).
